Benefits for Members Trainings, Seminars and Workshops We help our members to gain insight into the various dimensions of the F & B industry. Members have access to the training programs and seminars organized by NRAI. These seminars are held regularly on different topics which help members to get inputs / ideas from industry experts. Annual Meeting and Convention NRAI holds bi-monthly Managing Committee Members meeting and an Annual General Meeting where all the mentors of the industry meet to discuss the common problems and issues affecting the Restaurant Industry. These meets allow members to network with key decision-makers in the industry. Representation We are the voice of the industry and make representations and do liaison work with various Local, State and Central Government Departments about problems being faced by the Restaurant Industry based on the feedback from the State Chapters and our Members. Associating with such a representative body gives members a support network. Legal Consultation On our panel we have consultants who are leading experts in various fields in areas such as: Accounting Procedures, Computer software, Food Facilities and Equipment Design, Food and Beverage Cost Controls, Food Service Innovation, Labor Laws, Managerial Development, Supply Chain Management. Prevention of Food Adulteration and Taxes related to the Restaurant Industry. Discount Cards We provide two 'Membership Discount Cards' per restaurant to our Individual members. The card entitles them to get 30% discount on food at any member restaurant in the country. Newsletter - NRAI Restaurateur To provide updated information and keep the members abreast with a quarterly newsletter called NRAI Restaurateur to all our Members, Educational Institutions, High Government Officials and Associate Members. Member gets discounted rates for placing advertisements in the newsletter which is an effective marketing tool. Directory The Annual NRAI Directory has a listing of all member restaurants city wise and provides detailed information about the establishment including the cuisine, covers, address, liquor service, credit cards accepted etc. Alerts We periodically send our members circulars in the form of Alerts which carry information about new government policies or other relevant issues to members. Also we send our emailer ‘enews’ regarding the latest trends and policies imparting the industry.
