Penultimate Shift in HR
Today, restaurants have become an integral part of the Indian society and are indisputably a driving force for employment. Keeping in view the huge demand for well qualified Hospitality professionals at all levels within the industry, NRAI organized a seminar on A Penultimate shift in HR for the benefit of restaurateurs. The seminar was conducted on March 16, 2011 at Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The seminar aimed to guide its members on Recruitment Techniques, Training And Development and Work Life Balance and Employee Retention.

Effective Restaurant Marketing
NRAI organized one day seminar on Effective Restaurant Marketing. The seminar was organized on July 27, 2011 at Essex Farms, New Delhi. The seminar covered a wide range of topics including Brand Alliances, Local Store Marketing, the Role of Public Relations and Effective Social Media Marketing.
The highly interactive sessions were anchored by the experts from the industry sharing their insights on various challenges related to marketing. Among the prominent speakers were Saurabh Swarup, Head- Marketing, Barista, Ritu Chaudhri, VP -Marketing, Nirulas, Caroline Rowe, Consultant, Perfect Relations, K Ramakrishnan, President- Marketing, Café Coffee Day and Harneet Singh, VP-Marketing, Domino’s.
Both seminars were well-attended by senior executives from individual and chain restaurants. The sessions were very interactive and found useful by the participants.
